   Training Schedule

Rotational Strength & Acceleration for sports

that use rotational force or a pivot

Starting as low as $18.00 a session
Team packages as low as $13.00* 
(4 players required)

 

 

What to know about your training Sessions:

 

  1. Warming-up, training and stretching will last approximately 1hr 15 minutes.
  2. Arrive between the hours listed.  You will warm up with a trainer. 
  3. Once warmed up, you will begin 55 minutes of training.
  4. Sets, Reps and amount of weight are monitored.
  5. After training there is a Post Training stretching routine that you will follow with a trainer.
  6. Bring a towel and water No starting after second time listed!!!
