Rotational Strength & Acceleration for sports

that use rotational force or a pivot

RSA Training was establish to provide rotational sports specific strength training. We use the latest training exercises and preventative injury care. This workout is for athletes who need to achieve powerful swings, increase foot/hand quickness and acceleration.   
 
               

I've been to  many of the fitness gyms and watched the personal trainers run athletes though a generic type of training based on body building. Through my own experience I've witnessed the big hype training facilities and the single door Personal Training rooms. 

They are providing low intensity sessions, clients are lined up or in a circle going through circuit type training that doesn't produce enough reps!!!! Thus doesn't produce enough results!

 

After playing baseball and golf for 36 years, I realize what it takes to train! Therefore I only hire experienced field athletes to train.  I don't believe a classroom Personal Trainer knows what it takes for an athlete to move up to the next level. We know what it takes to move you to the next level.

 

 

RSA provides 1 hour & 15 minutes of intense training for anyone who is willing to get down to serious training for rotational sports.  We provide a program for up to 8 clients max a sesion. Each client has there own dedicated equipment (no sharing while training, no standing in lines, no everybody does the same training, no circle with lite dumbbells in your hand). This is cutting edge training that profesional athletes pay 10's of thousands of dollars for!!!! 

                                                                                                                           

 

RSA Training involves four concepts:

  1. Core rotational power and  base stability
  2. Multi joint/multi functional (This type of training decreases the weights used, but increases the speed and intensity that you move the weight= quick twitch muscles.(The lite weight makes it safe for amatuer athletes)
  3. Balance: balancing the lower body while lifting with the upper body develops balance and strength in the supportive/ secondary muscles that would not be used in a generic workout.             
  4. Preventative: Lets face it! You can be as strong as an Ox, but if your injured- your weak.  Rotator cuff, elbow, hip, knee and ankle are prime targets for our exercises!
